Ok, lets cut to the chase, since there were news that phase 1 owners will get their respective keys (\m/) this month, why don't we plan some get together for all Amansiaran?
New year already passed by and Chinese New Year will be in like 3 weeks, so hopefully all can join in.
How bout it?

Good to hear the news. By the way, any news that developer informing houseowners of safety of slopes since so many cases of landslides occuring elsewhere? We need to have the peace of mind before we finally settle down here.

i only got to know abot this blog today after googling the internet.
I've sent a request to join the amansiara group in facebook. I bought a unit in phase 2 (390A). I went to see the progress last weekend and looks like the 1st phase is already completed. It looks pretty neat! unfortunately I couldnt drive thru the residential area. The guard told me to get sort of a car sticker from the developer office if i want to drive thru the area. Anyway, the only problem to me is going back to the city centre from Amansiara. It seems like we have to make a U-TURN which is quite a hassle in terms of the distance. I dont know whether there will be another shorter alternative exit construct by the developer.
Anyway, it is a good effort for u to set up this blog. Pls keep us updated ok.

Hi Nurul, i pun from pahse 2 (272B) i also cant enter last week i came. But what i know, b4 that week, some of our forumer hv enter wtout pass. Guard said new rules. So hv u plan to join they meeting on 22/03 11am?
I'm a buyer for Phase 2.
just wanna check out when did the residence for the phase 1 can enter theirs house.
