received some good news today from the forum. It looks like some piling works have started at the side of the road, and it seems like the mythical floyver to KL is indeed a go.

Amansiara Meeting *Important*

Hi all, sorry for not updating for a long time.:)

The Amansiara Pro Term Committee will be having a meeting with a few people from the newspapers (NST) to discuss and complain regarding the developer (in)action regarding the Amansiara Projects, the Committee have no other choice but to go for this option after sending a few complaint letters to the Management and yet, there are still no action taken by them.

Details as per below.

Venue: Amansiara Guard House
Time: 10.00am
Date: 18 July 2009

All of the buyers from the project are invited to give out their support and voice. However, please be reminded that as this will be highlighted by the newspapers, you have to be reasonable in voicing out your complain. Make sure that it is legit and according to laws. (i.e : CF, LAD, Defects, not according to SnP, etc)

I good some info, the flyover is still under planning. The details have been sent to JKR.

Hi all, hope the Monday blues does not interfere with your relatively new year 2009 feeling. ;P

Ok, lets cut to the chase, since there were news that phase 1 owners will get their respective keys (\m/) this month, why don't we plan some get together for all Amansiaran?

New year already passed by and Chinese New Year will be in like 3 weeks, so hopefully all can join in.

Just a friendly reminder for you to check your progress payment from your respective bank/Gov Agency.

And also check back with Wirama on your payment status (see if there's any interest incurred)

For BPPP, if you have any interest incurred, you can ask them to write a letter on your behalf requesting for waiver from developer. (But it still based on the developer discretion though :( )

Right, on to 2nd post.

For the time being this blog won't be very active as I and a few Amansiaran (tehehe, got nickname already) are collecting pictures, info and brochures to be uploaded into this here blog. There are also ideas floating to create our own forum so fellow Amansiaran can get info and get FAQs from a more experience home buyers. Who knows, we may even get the developer to answer our questions here. Hmm.

For the time being feel free to go here, the forum in Lowyat.Net, get to know other buyers, future neighbours and make friends along the way. Let us make Amansiara one of the best community to live in.

Hello There, Fellow Neighbours!

This blog is created to post news, updates and pictures of off the development for the Amansiara housing project.
Amansiara construction can be seen from the Jalan Ipoh to Rawang just after the flyover to Bandar Baru Selayang.
If you have any news regarding the project, feel free to send it to me and I'll post the updates here.
