Hi, i'm chlaw & i brought for phase 2, i just the claim certificate from architect (Drainage works) on 22/7/2008. my experience told me that developer unable to hand over on august because the main access road not start yet and as i target it could be hand over between Nov 2008 to Jan 2009, due to the above development approved b MPS before CCF instead of CF and it will that couple of months for applying CF
