Just a friendly reminder for you to check your progress payment from your respective bank/Gov Agency.

And also check back with Wirama on your payment status (see if there's any interest incurred)

2. Bgn Pinjaman Perumahan Perbendaharaan M'sia : 03 8880 2066/2067 (or use this list, just click any of the dept you need)
3. Bank - You can just call you respective agent/personnel.

For BPPP, if you have any interest incurred, you can ask them to write a letter on your behalf requesting for waiver from developer. (But it still based on the developer discretion though :( )

Construction progress update

OK fellas. below are latest progress pics snapped on 7th Sept

^ Further to the right, let's focus on the house facade for phase I units. The inset pics showed the "brickmanship" and aesthetics of the car porch and the balcony.



^ Front-most row of phase III is taking shape. So far so good!



^ And finally, the clubhouse. Hopefully there's more to see the next time I pay a visit there

Oh this this is a delayed news. but for those who don't know. wikimapia.org now have satellite pic of amansiara. This photo is old (might be from early 2007) but it's still syok to see it and it's surroundings.

Right, on to 2nd post.

For the time being this blog won't be very active as I and a few Amansiaran (tehehe, got nickname already) are collecting pictures, info and brochures to be uploaded into this here blog. There are also ideas floating to create our own forum so fellow Amansiaran can get info and get FAQs from a more experience home buyers. Who knows, we may even get the developer to answer our questions here. Hmm.

For the time being feel free to go here, the forum in Lowyat.Net, get to know other buyers, future neighbours and make friends along the way. Let us make Amansiara one of the best community to live in.

Hello There, Fellow Neighbours!

This blog is created to post news, updates and pictures of off the development for the Amansiara housing project.
Amansiara construction can be seen from the Jalan Ipoh to Rawang just after the flyover to Bandar Baru Selayang.
If you have any news regarding the project, feel free to send it to me and I'll post the updates here.
